How do I return an order?

We aim to despatch all orders to the complete satisfaction of our customers. However, we know there may be the odd occasion when there are issues with the goods that you receive.

In the event that you notice a problem with your order, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by using the Returns & Errors service on our website. We will replace any goods that are incorrect, damaged or faulty, have been over or under supplied or that were ordered in error. We will also seek to resolve other issues, such as longer than expected lead times or delays in the delivery of your order. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Where can I see my invoices?

Invoices for orders placed on your account in the last two years are available to registered customers. This applies to all orders - online and offline.

To access your invoices, simply sign in to the Replenishh website, hover and click 'My Account' at the top of the screen. Click the 'View Invoices' option.

All available invoices will be listed for your account. Click the Download option for each invoice. This will open the invoice as a PDF, and you will be able to print, save or email the invoice.

How do I register for an account?

Simply click the ‘Register’ link at the top of the website, and enter your details in the ‘Register for an Online Account’ section. Here you will need to create your log-in details and enter your contact information and billing address details. You can also apply for credit facilities here. If you already have an existing offline Replenishh or Rapid account you can register it to use online by clicking the ‘Link Account’ option.

As Replenishh is a Rapid brand you can use your Rapid website login on the Replenishh site, without needing to create a new account.

How do I create a job quote?

You can save your basket for a particular job by clicking the ‘Customer Job Quote’ link. Complete the Job Quote Name and the Customer Email fields and save your job quote. This will enable you to keep access to baskets for particular jobs before proceeding to the order stage. You can access your saved job quotes on your ‘My Account’ menu page.

Do I have to register before I can make a purchase?

Yes. You also need to log in to your account on the website before being able to add products to your basket.

Can I just have a cash account?

Yes, you don’t have to apply for credit facilities. But credit is available for all new account holders and if you are an EV OZEV installer with a Replenishh credit account you will be entitled to preferential installer prices.
