This LAPP SKINDICHT SM-PE-M Brass Earthing Locknut is supplied with a metric thread in accordance with EN 50262. It is used when fitting cable glands to lacquered and anodised housings. When the locknut is tightened, the cutting edges of the locknut cut through the insulating layer, thus guaranteeing an optimum contact.
Suitable for metric glands used in Earthing and EMC applications.
