This hexagonal locknut is equipped with a special collar, which prevents the screw wrench from slipping. The plastic locknut has been glass fibre-reinforced for maximum mechanical stability. The supporting surface for spanner means scratches on the housing are avoided.

SKINTOP GMP-GL locknuts are UL approved in connection with a UL approved SKINTOP cable gland.

Application: For locking SKINTOP® cable glands in bore-holes without thread.
