Q. Good day, i am just using up my last reel of Rhino Ultratape aluminium foil tape, and will be needing more soon. However, when I look at the specification on your website it tells me that it is 30 microns thick, I have measured the reel I`m using, and it is approx 55 microns. If they are now actually reduced to 30 microns, they will be no good to me.30 microns is so tenuous that you can barely peel it off the reel. Please check. All you need is a micrometer. Regards, Pat
A. Hi Pat, thank you for your question. The supplier has confirmed the following: "The carrier is 30 micron but this does not include the adhesive. We have measured the adhesive and this is 40 micron." This would give an overall thickness of 70.
