Jim has been in the renewable energy market for 10 years, with five of those years spent with EV products. “I will play a key part in developing the Replenishh EV strategy in the UK and making us a one-stop-shop for EV charging”, says Jim.
Jim’s passion for sustainability and environmentally-friendly initiatives as well as his vast experience within the energy renewables market led him to play a leading role in developing the Replenishh brand. His expertise was vital in creating the Replenishh Configurator.
Jim will be running our EO Academy and Schneider Electric OZEV training sessions, as well as the following:
Damien worked in the energy efficiency industry for many years before moving into the EV industry on business development and installation.
Having been involved in the EV industry as an installer Damien has seen at first hand the issues that arise when specifying equipment. I would like Replenishh to become the “go to” site for EV installers and for the Configurator to be their on-site online tool of choice!
Damien will be working closely with OZEV installers to help them throughout their EV journey, to advise on new equipment and using the Replenishh website to its full potential.
Michael has joined Replenishh from the construction industry and brings a wealth of experience in account management and sales.
Michael is the first point of contact for Replenishh customers, ensuring that customers receive the highest standards of customer service. Michael is committed to building the Replenishh brand and working closely with both established and new customers to find new EV charging installation opportunities.
James is the Managing Director of Rapid Electronics. A trained design engineer, James has worked within electronic distribution for 15 years and knows the importance of providing a great technical and customer service. It was his initial idea and vision that has led to the creation of Replenishh.
Rapid had entered the EV market in 2016 by selling a limited range of EV charging stations. But James quickly realised that there was a lack of businesses within the sector that offered EV installers a one-stop-shop solution. “We felt it wasn’t enough to just stock the products – EV can be a confusing new market, and there needed to be more guidance and information available. This is new technology and a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not work,” says James.
James has been actively involved in the creation of the Configurator and will be available for:
